  • High quality lamp beads. Compared to strips with LED chips such as 5050SMD, the FCOB RGB strips that use 0402 miniature LEDs as the light source guarantee a more even and consistent light. At the same time, the FCOB RGB LED strip has no dark spots, which ensures a more even and brighter linear illumination. (Please note: This product does not include the power supply and controller).
  • Linkable design. Double-layer FPCB that balances voltage drop, heat dissipation and flexibility. The 3M adhesive film is highly adhesive and the strip sticks firmly to wood or painted walls and other clean surfaces. Cuttable strips, cut the LEDs along the cut marks to the desired length without damaging the rest of the strips. DIY strips for immersive crafting fun.
  • Compatible with most RGB controllers on the market. This LED light must work with an RGB controller. Compatible with WB5(B08JYLM5B7), LM052(B09Y57Z8PJ), WR01RF (B08X2GV1NG), C03W (B096VN3CL9), SP613E and other RGB controllers. (Please set the correct colour order before using the light bar properly).

That's because you MUST put in in fluid, and hydration is SO important when using a psyllium product as it causes water to be absorbed very quickly once it is ingested, and you don't want to dehydrate! Mixes very well in water and has little to no taste whatsoever. Stay regular, stay hydrated and stay well.

    I was expecting an unflavored fiber powder. However, expect a sour/tart taste. This means you can't add it to tea or coffee. I don't think it is appropriate to say that it is "unflavored" as I've had psyllium husk from other vendors that are truly "unflavored" (i.e. no citric acid). Dextrin (another fiber source) is also unflavored. But this Metamucil is tart (like sucking a lime) and can only be added to tart juices like orange juice or lemonade.

    I was worried about the taste based on some of the reviews. I tried it in my coffee, and I'm glad I did it that way. I keep coffee in the fridge, so that is what I mixed with one tablespoon of this. I use half and half and no sugar. I tasted it. It tastes like burnt coffee. Not a bad thing...thats just what the taste it added. I decided to see what would happen if I added a splash of a flavored creamer. The taste went away instantly. Hope this helps someone!
