How to use them: Simply peel and stick one of our replacement files to the metal core and use it as you normally would. You can use both sides of the file so you can stick 2 different grits on it. Once you are done, peel it off and dispose. 

Pro tip: If you have any glue residue left on  your metal core after peeling the replacement file off use professional artificial nail remover liquid on a cotton pad to remove it.
