It has a high and low input jack labeled guitar, and accordion (The accordion input is -6dB lower than the guitar input).
This amp is in good condition with scratches on the tolex (sides, and front). The grille cloth has no major tears but has a few threads missing on small areas. The amp's leather handle is functional but does shows signs for wear and tear. The control panel as well as the reverb tank show oxidation and scratches.
