This formula is all natural made with 100% essential oils and a carrier oil.  It can be used in three different ways, or combining them for more targeted relief.  (1) Rub formula on chest, neck and temples to breath in all day. (2) add to a diffuser or wax  burner to breathe in and help with sleep or (3) add to steaming hot water and inhale the steam, which immediately opens up your lungs and is like an immediate all natural breathing treatment.
