To PRS fans and newcomers alike, the S2 Custom 24-08 presents a fully realized PRS experience that is both familiar and groundbreaking. The S2 Custom 24-08 shares traits with the S2 Custom 24, such as a maple top, mahogany body and neck, and rosewood fingerboard. Iconic PRS Bird fret inlays ensure aesthetic authenticity. The new technology introduced with this version includes two mini-toggle switches that key into the PRS 85-15 “S” humbucking pickups and allow players to coil split both or either pickup for single-coil tones at the ready. A three-way pickup selector switch opens the tonal experience even further for a total of eight possible pickup configurations. Additional PRS hardware and appointments include a PRS Patented Molded Tremolo bridge and PRS Low Mass Locking tuners. The PRS S2 Custom 24-08 expands the PRS sonic palette further for players looking to be even more inventive and expressive with their playing with an unmistakable PRS instrument.
