Our NEW standard style alto flute/piccolo cover has gotten a little redesign. We have added a third orchestra music pocket in the front that has an extended zipper and expands to hold large music folders. Who doesn't like more pockets?

What about the inside? It's fully insulated interior holds any combo of single, double, or piccolo cases. A cordlock holds the bigger cases in place, and a smaller zippered pocket houses the piccolo, or other small items. Our special ultrasuede lining is thickly quilted with a specially insulative mylar layering.

How do you carry it? This is the backpack version. The curved backpack straps have an adjustable sternum strap. This helps to secure the bag to your body when clipped in.  The backpack straps can unclip and tuck in to a sleeve.  There is a shoulder strap that clips on to carry as a shoulder bag. A rubber shoulder pad helps keep it comfortable. Padded handles also add another comfortable carry option.

If you aren't carrying music folders, consider the Petite version. It is 3" shorter in height (it does not have that third extra pocket).

Choose the outer shell layer -

1680 denier ballistic nylon packcloth has a superior tear strength and abrasion resistance. If you need something bombproof, and plan on running through the wringer, ballistic is the way to go. 

420D nylon packcloth is also sturdy, but a lighter weight. If weight is an issue, 420D is the better option.
