Starting everything off, this TransAcoustic features a concert-sized, non-cutaway body made of solid spruce and mahogany for a solid acoustic tone to get the show on the road. Its comfortable, smaller-sized concert shape then brings on a matte-finished mahogany neck for an effortless feel in the palm. A walnut fingerboard joins in at this point for a seamless fretting feel on the fingers.

The biggest showstopper of this whole Yamaha though is certainly its onboard Yamaha TransAcoustic electronics. Built-in, this guitar features a lush reverb and chorus effect to introduce vibrant effect tones to amplified performances. Responsive dial controls mix the awesome effect tones with two AA batteries. This playing and performance experience is backed by Yamaha's die-cast tuning machines, urea nut, and walnut bridge for a reliable hardware setup.
