The Edelbrock #1493 throttle cable plate kit was designed for 351C, 351M/400 Fords with cable activated throttle and automatic transmission kickdown rods. The Edelbrock #1493 throttle cable plate kit repositions the stock throttle cable bracket to align with the Edelbrock carburetor throttle arm.
