The mischievous fuzz fanatics over at Caroline introduce CROM, a high-gain fuzz-stortion pedal. Landing in the lane of Tone Bender-style fuzzes and reminiscent of the Caroline Olympia, CROM makes his presence known.
CROM descends from a pantheon of legendary fuzz circuits to deliver his take on the modern distortion stompbox. Tone Bender-style voices and tweed-style controls come together in beautiful harmony with CROM. Mixing between CROM's Gain (Sword) and Tone (Mountain) controls, CROM offers a wide range of full and fuzzy sounds. CROM creates a tone notably less scooped with this control combination, making it more punchy and responsive than your usual vintage-inspired box of fuzz. An additional "TURBO" switch pushes CROM further for more immediate gain and power. Click it on and give your clean amp a loving push further toward the edge or leave it off to retain more of CROM's tight bass response. Either way, CROM smiles upon thee.
A respectable god of fuzzy destruction, Caroline's CROM builds mountains of high-gain fuzz-stortion just to knock them all down. Laugh it up with CROM and the refined distorted destruction dished out.
