This Performance Air Intake System allows your engine to breathe more air compared to the restrictive factory air intake housing. It is designed, tuned and dyno-tested to produce more horsepower and torque. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The air intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum featuring a durable gunmetal gray powder coated finish. A custom shaped heat shield with lid is included. The tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). This Air Intake System is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50 state legal. I had a pair of these years ago, and they were gold trimmed. The gold trim was around the outer frame of the glasses, and I really liked them and got many compliments on them. Those became scratched, and I was unable to use them so I did a quick search to find them again. These come and gold are rose, gold trim, and I ordered a pair of each expecting what I had before. I was sad to see that the quality didn’t seem to match what I had before, and the trim was on the inside instead of the outside, which I don’t understand. I also noticed that the ware seems to get looser the more times I wear them. They are harder to keep on my ears.

I bought the Crimson too and it's a beautiful red that makes everyone turn and gaze. There's another dress the Drop makes which is polka dot and same version in ivory.
