On the nose, you'll get notes of crushed raspberry and strawberry, with the influence of the carbonic maceration being quite apparent. There's ripeness on the palate, but never too heavy or intense. Fresh red fruit with a hint of sweetness balanced by gentle grip and underlying green notes from the whole bunch fermentation.
