The Boeing UCAV concept exploits real-time, on-board and off-board sensors to quickly detect, identify and locate both fixed, relocatable, and mobile targets. Secure communications and advanced cognitive decision aids will provide a human operator with the situational awareness and positive air vehicle control necessary to authorize munitions release. Boeing's tailless, stealthy air vehicle will carry multiple advanced, precision-guided munitions and relay battlefield damage indication information back to the mission control system. Maintained in pristine condition and stored in ready-to-ship containers until called into service, the Boeing UCAV system will be capable of global deployment and operations in concert with manned Air Expeditionary Forces. The UCAV is designed to carry a variety of weapons and be stored unassembled in small container for up to 10 years. It can be restored in one hour and up to six UCAVs can fit inside a C-17 Globemaster III. Flight-testing the UCAV was slated to begin in the spring of 2001 at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif. Further risk production and operation evaluation efforts also must occur before the Air Force deems the UCAV feasible for mass production. The objective is to have all the testing completed by 2005. This would provide the necessary information needed to field these aircraft by 2010 if the Air Force decides to use them.

Vibrant backyard umbrella

The umbrella does its job, it tilts so you can position the umbrella to block the sun at all hours. The colors are vibrant and fabric is decent quality, I bought the turquoise this time and dark blue in the past, the fabric keeps cleans. The umbrella isn't heavy, easy to maneuver. This was a replacement for our previous umbrella which broke at the tilt joint, after a very windy day when we forgot to close it, but it lasted over a year and a half so no complaints there.

Truly surprised at the quality of this umbrella. Great deal for the price. I did see some reviews prior to buying that there were issues with the tilting mechanism/crank so I am giving it a 4 until I have it for more than a few days to see how it all works out.

I’m honestly really impressed with this patio umbrella! It’s lightweight enough that it was easy to move and set up, but it still feels sturdy and stable once in place. The fabric material feels much nicer than the cheap plastic-like material some outdoor umbrellas use — it looks clean, durable, and gives really good shade.
The color is beautiful and works perfectly with outdoor spaces without looking harsh or too bright. It opens smoothly, provides a large amount of coverage, and has held up great in the sun and wind so far.
Definitely a thumbs up from me — great quality for the price and makes the whole patio area feel more relaxing and put together! ☀️👍

Brightens up the whole patio!

I am so happy with this umbrella! The "Apple Green" color is gorgeous—it’s super vibrant and really makes my backyard feel more tropical and fun.
The crank is smooth and easy to use, so I don’t have to struggle to get it open, and the push-button tilt is a total lifesaver when the sun starts to dip in the afternoon. It feels much sturdier than the one I replaced; the ribs seem solid and it hasn't budged during our usual afternoon breezes.
It provides a ton of shade for our table, and you can tell the fabric is thick enough to actually block the heat. If you want a pop of color and a reliable umbrella that doesn't cost a fortune, this one is perfect!
