Sharing all the benefits of the 4000 Series, DBA's 5000 Series rotors are a composite 2 piece direct replacement brake rotor. DBA uses only the highest quality materials to ensure optimal performance under the most strenuous circumstances, combining high carbon cast-iron rings with aerospace grade aluminum hats (T6061-T6), held together with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts. The 5000 Series share all of the performance technology featured in the 4000 Series, with the added benefits of further weight reduction and improved heat management via aluminum hats. The use of aerospace grade aluminum hats reduces the unsprung weight of the brake rotors, while allowing for uniform radial disc expansion through the cast iron rings, and reduced heat transfer from disc to hub via the aluminum hats. DBA offers both complete assemblies for first time replacement (hats and flat discs bolted together) along with replacement hats and flat disc rotors (rings). This allows drivers to re-use their DBA 5000 Series hats with DBA replacement flat discs (rings). DBA recommends the 5000 Series for high performance street vehicles, track day and club racing and rally applications.Logo Image

a cult that still goes on...
Style: R-S202BL, Configuration: w/o Wire and Plug
Update in 2023: I have to add that I made this ppurchase via Amazon and it arrived at me in mint condition (Amazon Renewed scheme with 90 days money back guaranteed). For hifi components, if it works for the first quarter, it will then work rest of years. Mine though opened box but mint in sense that both its cosmetics and functions work perfectly. I purchased beefier models of Yamaha same series, the As 301r and As 501r afterwards via Amazon. Other than delicacy, the AR 202 receiver's overall performance is comparable to its leveled up siblings... AR 202 has already become a legend in hifi history since 2018... Yet of course audiophile ears are more picky and won't stay still with this kit. Therefore I purchased the silvery stereo amps afterwards cux I knew prices would go up very high and it is now proven positively and more so... Grab one even if used as ye still may... The AR 202 has an extraordinarily energetic drive in stereo sound given it's the youngest brother in the family. It brought much glory to the whole brand indeed...
Review in 2019: "...performs much better than the beefed up version 100v Yamaha A-S301 silver in way of responsive and agile bass, larger soundstage, impressive midrange and fine treble. no wonder it is the best selling amp in 2017 and 2018. i suppose the cult still goes on......"

Tips broke in the binding post

UPDATE:
Two tips broke off when unplugging them from the binding post and are now lodged in. Inexcusable and an utterly poor product.
Solid connection in the binding post with no wobble or wiggle. They require some force to insert into the binding post, but once they're in they remain snug. I also tried removing and reinserting a few times and the connection remained solid. I've used other plugs in the past that have a softer tip and easily deform after one or two insertions. These do not have that issue.
