Handcrafted from sustainably sourced solid wood blanks, this heirloom quality bow knife will cut your coveted sourdough bread with ease.  The blade is made from laser cut and precision ground high grade stainless steel and will work well not only on bread but tomatoes, onions, cheese, potatoes and numerous other everyday foods. In collaboration with Lauren Ketterman from Barefoot Mimosas we developed this tool to make bread slicing a pleasure instead of a chore.  What sets our bread bow knife apart from any other bread bow on the market is the solid brass hardware that attaches the blade to the handle.  An internal thread has been added to make switching blades a breeze and no more worrying about stripping the hole out after repeated use. These beautiful tools are made from North American Hardwoods by Master Craftsman in Dundee, Ohio.  Like other BBQraft products these implements will stand up to heavy everyday use.
