Back and better than ever is a refreshed version of the beloved PRS SE Custom 24. Featuring refined hardware upgrades like the sloped pickup rings and PRS Designed Tuners with Wing Buttons, the SE Custom 24 top to bottom unapologetically PRS.
It's solid mahogany double-cutaway body allows for easy upper fret access and is equally comfortable to play thanks to the shallow violin top carve and contoured cutaway. The body is finished in a Black Gold Sunburst that makes the flame maple top shine. Attached to the body in a traditional set-neck deign, a 25-inch scale length maple neck is glued into the body. Topped with a rosewood fingerboard and crowned with 24 frets, the fingerboard is accented with the iconic PRS Birds inlay.
For it's voice, PRS 85/15 "S" pickups are installed into the pickup cavities. The pickups feature a uncovered pickup design for modern applications; full range clarity with extended high and low end range. Tone can be further shaped by the volume, tone (push/pull feature), and 3-way pickup selector switch for up to 6 total pickup configurations. Strings are loaded into the patented tremolo bridge for solid tuning stability and expressive control over vibrato and are then strung up to pitch with the PRS Designed Tuners with Wing Buttons.
Complete with a PRS gig bag, the SE Custom 24 is an excellent jack of all trades instrument.
