Embrace the sonic brilliance of Mei Semones with her thrilling new 7-inch vinyl, "Kurayami/Get Used To It." A dazzling addition to the 2020s rock landscape, this release promises to leave an indelible mark on your musical consciousness."Kurayami," meaning "darkness" in Japanese, is a complex reflection of Mei's Michigan upbringing, capturing the bittersweet transition from innocence to maturity. Expect intoxicatingly intricate riffs that challenge even the most seasoned musicians' prowess. The song builds to a towering musical climax, showcasing Mei's ability to convey deep emotion and technical skill with a creative band arrangement. It's a tour de force that sets new standards for edginess in rock.
On the flip side, "Get Used To It" strips things back while offering profound insight into the beauty of solitude and moving forward. Drawing melodic inspiration from Thelonious Monk, Mei infuses her jazz trio setup with authenticity and straightforwardness. The minimalistic soundscape, featuring just guitar, upright bass, and drums, provides an intimate feel, invoking the warmth of a live performance. It's a celebration of musical purity and the emotive power of letting go.
Pressed on vibrant green vinyl, this collector's piece is as aesthetically pleasing as it sounds. Whether you're a devoted Mei Semones fan or a vinyl enthusiast, this release is your ticket to an exhilarating, emotive auditory voyage.

Good replacement parts and affordable
I acquired this filter set to replace the OEM filters in my wife's Honda Accord. The filters fit perfect and were easy to install. Normally when I replace filters I have to purchase both the air filter and the cabin filter separately. In this case, it was very nice to have them sold as a combo set. While I don't know what materials are used to manufacture these filters, I will say that the air filter looks just like the OEM part in terms of it's production. The cabin filter does have carbon built in to help control orders, which is something the OEM part did not have, so it looks different in terms of filter color. I normally replace filters every 10K to 15K miles, and this fits in line with that this manufacturer suggests (every 12K miles). In all, a decent combo set of filters helps keep costs down and both filters can be replaced at the same time.
