An Exclusive Journey Through California’s Iconic Terroirs
Experience the legendary craft of Ridge Vineyards at the world-renowned Morton’s The Steakhouse. On Tuesday, 26 May 2026, we invite you to an evening of exceptional winemaking and prime gastronomy. Discover why Ridge remains a titan of American viticulture, from their pioneering Zinfandels to the world-class Monte Bello.
This curated multi-course dinner showcases the diversity of California’s finest AVAs, culminating in a rare tasting of the Ridge Monte Bello 2018—a wine frequently cited among the greatest Cabernet blends in the world.
💡 The Connoisseur’s Insight
The Legend of Monte Bello: Did you know that Ridge Monte Bello gained international superstardom at the 1976 "Judgment of Paris"? In a blind tasting against the finest French Bordeaux, the 1971 Monte Bello shocked the world with its quality. Even more impressive, in a 30-year anniversary re-tasting, the Ridge Monte Bello took first place, proving that these high-altitude Santa Cruz Mountain vines produce wines with unparalleled aging potential and elegance.
