The Carita Interchangeable Needle Insert D is a detachable case made from beautiful leather.  It is a practical piece that you can bring either on its own if you are on the go, or you can attach it to the Carita Case as if it was a document in a ring binder to keep all of your notions in one place. The case includes two circular metal rings that can be attached to the Carita case via leather snap closures.  The Carita D is perfectly situated for 5" or longer interchangeable needles and cords.

Of course, you can detach the Insert and fold it in half to make a smaller notions case which is held closed with cleverly designed snaps.  It's always fun to have options!
