Each kit has upper and lower roll plates to protect the air springs from sharp edges. The air springs are built similarly to tires, reinforced with 2-ply fabric for maximum strength. All end caps are made with an ultra-high-strength nylon composite formula, as strong as steel but much lighter and corrosion-proof. Installing the kit is simple, requiring only common hand tools. The LoadLifter 5000 kit has clear, easy-to-follow instructions and an underframe design that works with most in-bed hitches. 9/10. Very good product considering the price and quality.
Packaging was 10/10. Came in a box, each grille and eyelid was wrapped individually. The grilles were wrapped in foam for protection.
Looks pretty good. No immediately noticeable blemishes on my order. Although it doesn't feel as rigid as the OEM one (of course)
One thing I noticed tho was there is a crack/break in one of the grilles but it's not noticeable when the hood is shut. Not sure how that will affect how long it will last but it still looks good.
Overall a 9/10 just cause of that crack.
