Too Soft for Him, Just Right for Me

While I agree it’s not as firm as either of us typically like, it still provided adequate support, and the shape retention held up nicely. Nothing like I hoped

This is a piece of foam in a "cooling" pillowcase, which is not cooling and the foam goes flat. No support and no cooling. Very disappointed that you cannot trust reviews for true product information. The good part is you can return which I did.
