Appearance
Pale blush with the delicate clarity of a single vineyard, hand-harvested estate Sangiovese Rosé from the Plenty Region — bright, luminous, and immediately inviting.
Aroma
Brightly fruited and delicately fragrant — cranberry, nectarine, Gala apple, and white floral nuances, with the bright strawberry and raspberry core and delicate touches of spice and musk that lend intrigue to the bouquet. The expressive, refined aromatics of an estate Sangiovese Rosé grown with care and harvested by hand.
Palate
Fine texture and supple mouthfeel, well supported by crisp acidity — finishing long and vibrant, with the mineral structure and textural crispness that define the Five Vineyard estate style. “Finishing long and vibrant.” — Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, 92 Points.
Pairs With
Fresh seafood, grilled salmon, soft cheeses, antipasto, light pasta, and Mediterranean dishes — the bright acidity, mineral structure, and lingering finish make Five Vineyard Estate Rosé a deeply enjoyable and versatile partner for the table. Serve well chilled.
