After how much fun this class was as a private event, we’re opening it up to the public and turning it into an ongoing series!

This is a hands-on cocktail and spirits class focused on learning, tasting, and building real bar skills. Guests are welcome to attend solo or with others. Bring your partner. Bring your best friend. Bring your situationship, your third wheel, your roommate, or someone you just really like being around. The class is designed to be engaging, social, and approachable for all experience levels.

We’ll begin with a sparkling toast, followed by a guided local spirits tasting led by Chelsey. You’ll taste each spirit on its own and learn key tasting notes so you understand exactly what’s going into each drink before it’s mixed. 

Paul, our favorite local bartender, will then guide the group through three thoughtfully designed cocktails using the Brümate shaker as the primary, all-in-one tool for the class. You’ll learn proper technique, ratios, and practical bar skills while working with some of our favorite local flavors available in the shop.

Unlimited drinks are included, as well as Stellar pretzels to nibble on. Guests are welcome and encouraged to bring their own snacks.

All spirits and specialty ingredients we carry in the shop that are used in the class will be 10% off that night only, so you can stock up before you go.

Ticket Options
The Brümate shaker is the primary tool used during this class and will be required to participate.

Required for first-time attendees. The Brümate shaker will be custom laser engraved and used throughout the class as an all-in-one cocktail-making tool you’ll continue using at home.

For returning guests looking to pair the class with a personalized, insulated cocktail companion.

• Class + Custom Engraved Brümate Shaker + Champagne Flute (Value $110) | $135
For those who want it all, engraved, insulated, and ready to pour.

If you arrive to the workshop without the specified shaker, a non-custom Brümate shaker will be available for purchase for $35.
