- Since there are many orders during Valentine's day (10-15 Feb), so please choose the delivery time as per below 3 periods.
1) 08.00 - 13.00
2) 13.00 - 18.00
3) 18.00 - 22.00
- For example, if you choose the morning slot delivery time, the receiver may receive flowers during 8.00 am - 13.00 but not later than 13.00. We cannot tell the exact delivery time due to a lot orders during Valentine's day.
- During Valentine's day (10-15 Feb), the messenger can wait for the receiver up to 10 mins, otherwise we will have to put the flowers with the receiver's representative or take the bouquet back to the shop first and will deliver with the next time slot **there will be 500 THB extra charge with the extra delivery and we will deliver with the same bouquet**.
- During 13-14 Feb, if you would like to change the delivery address, please kindly inform us at least 2 days in advance. Otherwise there will be an extra charge. And the delivery timing slot will be changed as well.
- If you would like to cancel the order, please inform us before 9 of Feb, and there will be 15% cancelation fee.
- Free delivery in Bangkok for order price above 2,490 THB
- We will have to call to the receiver when arrive at the delivery address to avoid mistake and confusion. Please notify us if you would like to surprise the receiver with the delivery.
