It’s 38 inches tall and only requires a 3 foot by 4-foot area. These containers were formerly used to ship and store food products. This means these plastic barrels are saved from being disposed of in landfills!
This is a lower cost alternative to the standard Tumbling Composter from Upcycle. It’s designed for the homeowner who wants to learn the basics of composting with a minimal amount of cost. This composter can be used as a standalone compost bin, or it can be used as a feeder bin for the Tumbling Composter. Sliding door on front allows Gardener to transfer material from the bottom to the top of the compost pile. Rodent and pest proof. The best garden tools are those that fit your style.
