The handle is firmly fixed with copper rivets and looks fabulous. There are minor surface scratches on the outside and the inside of the pan. The tin is in new condition.

This is a special pan, it has high sides for flipping and is hand hammered and has a new hand wiped tin lining. This is 1mm copper and extremely reactive to heat, ideal for flipping.

It weighs 1.63 kilos 3lbs 9.4 ozs and is 61 cm or 24 inches total length.

It is 30cm across or 11 3/4 inches the pan itself, it is 5.5cm or 2 1/8 inches high. It has good high sloping sides - a really useful professional frying pan or skillet.

This is a useful size professional pan.

This is an exceptional piece as it could be used for cooking and for decoration. There are surface scratches and signs of wear. The surface hammering is exquisite.
