Written especially for older and struggling readers - The Beanies. The Beanies are Hi-Lo - age-appropriate, high-interest stories with an exciting array of adventures, centered around a cast of diverse, relatable, and teenage characters that reflect the modern world that we live in.
Each decodable book phase has been written specifically for the progression of Letters & Sounds, and these readers will follow students week-by-week through the programme providing them with text-based context to practise their emerging reading skills. Every story has been written with a strictly controlled text so that students are only exposed to those letter sounds that they have previously learned. Furthermore, tricky words are only included after they have been introduced.
Build confidence in older, struggling readers as they master the phonics code. Can also be used alongside other popular schemes as book-banded reading levels are provided.
Boxed Library includes 60 different reader titles, 12 at each Phase level.

High quality and smooth

This mixes really easily and is completely tasteless, which makes it easy to add to drinks. I personally use creatine more for the cognitive benefits than the muscle benefits, and I’ve noticed a positive difference since using it.
I wanted a high-quality option and this one definitely feels like it. One thing I like is that it dissolves well and doesn’t have any gritty texture or weird aftertaste. I usually add it to my coffee and it blends in perfectly. I will even add it to smoothies or sometimes just in cold water and drink it. You can’t taste it. I’ve learned to combat the bloat by staying hydrated and drinking a lot of water. For me, drinking it with coffee was fine. But when I had it with tea, since that is a stronger diuretic for me, my stomach did feel bloated and uncomfortable. But I’ll definitely continue using it.

I have purchased Thorne’s Creatine before and continue to find it to be a high-quality supplement. The most immediate observation compared to other brands is the texture; the powder is ground a bit finer than standard creatine monohydrate. While this doesn't necessarily change the efficacy, it makes the powder less bulky and the single packets much easier to pack into smaller containers for transport. Also, despite the finer consistency, don't expect the creatine to dissolve fully.
This version, individually packaged 5g servings, is particularly helpful for my frequent work travel, as it is easier to manage on the go. It remains unflavored and mixes as expected with grit. Since it is NSF Certified for Sport, I have extra peace of mind regarding the purity and label accuracy.
