6-Gang 5m Extension Lead — Multi-Socket Power Distribution for Grow Rooms

Choose this 5m extension lead for extra reach if your device's cable isn't long enough to reach the socket, or if you need a few extra sockets to power multiple devices in the same location. With six sockets available, it's a quick and easy way to improve mains access in home, office, workshop, or grow room. Practical solution for distributing power to multiple grow-room components from a single source.

Why growers choose 6-Gang Extension Leads:

• 6 sockets in one lead — power multiple devices from a single mains point
• 5m cable length — substantial reach for grow rooms or workshop setups
• Perfect for home, office, workshop, grow room — multi-use applications
• Improves mains access — extra reach plus extra sockets in one purchase
• Quick and easy installation — plug-and-play, no electrical work needed
• UK 13A standard sockets — fits any UK plug
• Practical for grow-room layouts — power small fans, controllers, ancillary kit

Who it's not for:

Never plug HID ballasts or high-wattage lights directly into extension leads — the inductive surge can fry consumer-grade leads. Use proper contactors (Maxiswitch Powerhouse, Smart Grow Relay) for HID lighting. Check total load against the 13A rating; don't overload. Daisy-chaining extension leads is a fire hazard — don't plug one extension into another. For permanent grow-room installations, hardwired distribution boxes are safer than extension leads.
