Q: How do I switch modes on the sound bar?
A:  Use the Input button on your remote to toggle between
BT: Blue light,AUX: Purple light,OPTICAL: Orange light, HDMI(ARC): Yellow light, USB: Pink light, WIFI: White light.

Q: How to configure the sound bar with “SMART JUKE BAR” app ?
A: Kindly reset the device using the reset button on the remote.
Use the "Input" button to change it to wifi mode.
Now press the setup “O” button then Open the "Smart juke bar" app installed on the mobile and follow the instructions. Enter the Wifi password to connect with internet and amazon account details to use Alexa feature.

Q: How do I connect the sound bar to my TV using HDMI ARC?
A: Connect the HDMI ARC cable (version 1.4 or above) to the HDMI port on the sound bar and the ARC/EARC port on your TV. Switch the sound bar to HDMI mode and enable HDMI CEC (Consumer Electronic Control) settings on your TV.
Note: HDMI-CEC settings may vary depending on your TV model. Kindly approach the TV manufacturer for further assistance on the same.

Q:  How do I connect the sound bar to my TV using an Optical cable?
A: Connect the sound bar to your TV using an optical cable and switch the sound bar to Optical mode.
Q: How do I play music via the USB port?
A:  Insert a FAT32 formatted USB flash drive (up to 32GB) containing only Mp3 files into the USB port of the sound bar. The sound bar will automatically detect and play the songs.
Q: How do I use the Aux input on the sound bar?
A: Connect your PC, tablet, smartphone, or TV’s headphone socket to the AUX socket on the sound bar using a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable. Alternatively, use a RCA to 3.5mm audio cable to connect your TV’s audio output sockets to the AUX socket on the sound bar. Then, switch the sound bar to AUX mode and play audio from your chosen source.
Q:   How do I connect the sound bar via Bluetooth?
A: Turn on the sound bar, press the input button to switch to BT mode, and search for “ZEB-JUKE BAR 3820A” on your phone. Once connected, the BT indicator on the display will stop flickering.
Q:  Does ZEB-JUKE BAR 3820A has mode memory ?
A: .Yes.The sound bar has memory function after power off.All the settings before shutdown are saved
Q:  How to wake up Alexa manually?
A: The automatic wakeup word “ALEXA” can also wake up. Press the “O“ button to wake up ALEXA manually.
