Minor differences in taste or appearance (colour, pollen granule size) from one pot to another, it’s a reflection that our raw bee pollen is entirely handled manually, so you might even find some bits of flowers in your pots, definitely nothing to worry about, it’s only Nature!

100% organic raw fresh bee pollen
Certified Organic by Soil Association Harvested in Transylvania, from our own apiaries only.
Free of preservatives, colourings, stabilizers, anti-caking agents or other additives
DIRECTIONS
Ensure you are well hydrated before taking any RAW bee product due to their high potency. If new to raw bee pollen, start with one single granule and daily build up your intake gradually until you reach to 1-2 teaspoons a day or more. It can be taken all at once or spread up, preferably in the first part of the day, morning, or afternoon.
Consult your physician during pregnancy and breastfeeding before taking our raw bee pollen.

TIPS FOR TAKING
Best taken first part of the day, organic raw bee pollen is very versatile, sprinkled onto yogurts, cereals, ice-creams, topped on or blended into smoothies or juices, water, lemonade, sprinkled onto salads or simply on its own.
Always choose cold, room temperature foods as its nutrients are very sensitive to heat. For apitherapy use, mix it with Organic Raw Honey and optionally add organic raw royal jelly and keep refrigerated.
STORAGE
Store in the freezer between -15 -20 degrees C. Raw bee pollen does not get frozen, it can be consumed straight from the freezer, the granules are still soft and melt in the mouth. Alternatively, refrigerate a portion, enough for a 3-day supply and consume it from the fridge within 3 days if more convenient!
Why frozen? Because it's 100% raw, living food, naturally fermented in the beehive, unprocessed - just as found in the beehive!
