All StarBlend colors are made with US FDA compliant high quality ingredients and are hypoallergenic. StarBlend paints are made in the USA by Mehron. StarBlend face paints were not designed for line work. It is best to use other sweat resistant paints over StarBlends when doing line work. 

StarBlend powders by Mehron are great for creating smooth bases when working under hot and humid weather conditions. StarBlends have a nice matte finish to them, and they can be layered to create a really solid base, or use gently for a more translucent look (ideal for a ghostly Halloween makeup look). StarBlend face painting powders by Mehron are great for professional face painters and cosplayers as well as beginner artists and parents who need a high quality and sweat resistant face painting product for a party or just for fun.

Apply StarBlend face painting powders with a smoothie blender or a damped sponge or face painting brush. We recommend face painters or parents to apply this makeup dry; although it can be applied wet, once the cake has been wet it can not be used dried again.  You might need to use a primer (like lotion) to make the StarBlend powders stick better to the skin. StarBlends are notorious for standing to hot and humid weather much better than regular water activated face paints.

Removes easily with soap and water.
