Hoge kwaliteit gekaarde wol van de Texelse schapen. De wol is gewassen en gekaard en geschikt om mee te spinnen of vilten. Deze viltwol is afkomstig van de geschoren wol van de schapen die bij de Texelse boeren op het eiland leven. Doordat de schapen opgroeien in het unieke Texelse eilandklimaat, heeft hun wol een ruige maar zachte kwaliteit. Deze unieke Texelse scheerwol wordt ambachtelijk gewassen en kaard, zodat er mooie kaardwol ontstaat. Deze wol wordt ook wel viltwol of kaardvlies genoemd.

My Doberman (80 pounds in 7 months) puppy absolutely loved this ball. He loves anything noise making so this ball was perfect. Unfortunately, about 2 hours of nonstop play the cover was falling apart. There was no saving in. My pup is rough on toys and this one couldn’t handle it. But having to take the ball away from him was almost heart breaking. Those sad puppy dog ever and him looking everywhere for it. Barking nonstop because, well he want his ball….and being a puppy he is still learning. Had the cover held up for even 24 hours it would have been great. So I have a sad puppy and a lighter pocketbook. It was fun while it lasted.
