We work hard to make sure people are satisfied with their purchases and rarely have issues but if you do upon receiving anything or if an item hasn’t arrived yet, please contact us about it rather than leaving negative feedback or opening a case so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping to regional or more remote regions of Australia may attract a higher cost for postage, particularly if an item is larger, so please ask before purchase as we cannot always post to these places for free/ stated postage.

We do post internationally so please message us regarding this if you reside overseas before purchasing. If postage costs are a little higher than standard, then we will usually wear any additional costs unless it is much higher, then we may request the extra which we think is fair and reasonable.
