Who is this test for?
The QuickBooks Online Intermediate Test is designed to allow candidates to demonstrate their proficiency with QuickBooks Online at a Intermediate level.
An intermediate user is capable of not only performing routine A/R and A/P tasks and reconciling accounts for accuracy, but also familiar with more complex workflows and settings including:
- Sales Tax
- Payroll
- Refunds
- Loans
- and scenarios like bounced checks.
Intermediate users can think critically about the situation and figure out how to use QBO’s forms and tools to create a desired outcome in the general ledger. Unlike other assessments ours tests if they can do the job, not just whether they know which buttons to push!

What does this test cover?
The QuickBooks Online Intermediate Test assesses skills required for Sales Tax & Payroll, QBOA, Year End, Clean Up and other Tricky Situations.
This test is suitable for QuickBooks Online only (not QuickBooks Desktop).
The test includes 40 questions, with a time limit of 40 minutes.
