Description
The Bell P-39 Airacobra was a distinctive American fighter aircraft of the Second World War, recognised for its mid-engine layout and tricycle landing gear. While primarily designed for air combat, some aircraft were adapted for tactical reconnaissance roles, carrying camera equipment for low-level intelligence gathering missions.

This 1/72 scale kit from Arma Hobby depicts a reconnaissance-equipped P-39 Airacobra fitted with an under-fuselage camera installation. These aircraft were used for battlefield observation and photo-reconnaissance duties, providing valuable intelligence support in operational theatres.

The kit features finely detailed modern tooling with excellent surface detail and precise engineering. It includes injection-moulded plastic parts, canopy and wheel masks, and a detailed 3D-printed camera set.
