Constipation means difficulty in passing stools and the infrequent passing of hard, dry stools. Most kids will experience constipation at one time or another but for some it can become a chronic condition. Dehydration or lack of fibre in the child’s diet may cause constipation in children. But more frequently, constipation in youngsters is thought to be linked to food intolerances or allergies or the over consumption of highly processed foods. DIRECTIONS & USE

For general dosing, ages 0-11 years: take 0.5 ml, 3 times per day; age 12 years and up: take 1 ml, 3 times per day. 

For acute symptoms, ages 0-11 years: take 0.5 ml every 30-60 minutes (up to 12 times per day); age 12 years and up: take 1 ml every 30-60 minutes (up to 12 times per day). 

When symptoms improve, resume general dosing. 
Shake well before each use. 
Refrigerate after opening.
