New and experienced weavers alike will enjoy the reduced hand-strain and overall ease of using a shuttle race. Easy to install, the shuttle race is a flat wooden track that sits snugly in front of the reed, attached to the beater. It rests just under the bottom of your warp threads and helps prevent your shuttle from dipping and picking up unwanted warp threads. A shuttle race helps you throw your boat shuttle closer to the back (widest) part of your shed and makes for faster, easier, more error-free weaving, and more consistent cloth.

The clever design allows the shuttle race to flex out of the way when beating and is very simple to install and use. The loom remains lightweight, foldable and still highly portable.

Includes shuttle race, new beater arms, bungy cords and spanners. Loom sold separately - shuttle race is standard on new table looms.

Made from beech hardwood with a smooth lacquered finish. Available for all three widths, and any shaft count.
