Bring vibrant colour to your winter garden with Acer Palmatum 'Sango-kaku'! This stunning Japanese maple, also known as the Coral Bark Maple, is a true four-season plant, but it's in the dormant months that it truly shines.
Essential Characteristics:
Striking Coral Bark: The most distinctive feature is the brilliant coral-red colour of its young branches and stems, particularly vivid in autumn and winter after the leaves have fallen.
Seasonal Foliage: Palmate, 5-7 lobed leaves emerge a soft pinkish-yellow in spring, mature to a fresh green in summer, and turn lovely shades of yellow and sometimes orange in autumn.
Upright Vase Shape: Grows with an elegant upright and vase-shaped habit, becoming more rounded with age. Typically reaches 4-8 meters (approx. 13-26 feet) tall and 2.5-4 meters (approx. 8-13 feet) wide when planted out and smaller in pots and containers.

This small bone has my Maltese dog happy! No rawhide! He loves to gnaw on it in the evening. It also does not leave pieces laying in the carpet or on the floor. he does not eat it at all, just chews on it.
