By: Daniel P. ReidA guide to the history, theory and practice of chi-gung, the ancient Taoist system of health rooted in movement, breathing, meditation, and massage
Chi-gung, which literally means “energy work”: is a system of cultivating health, vitality, and longevity that is based on the fundamental principles of Taoism and the laws of nature. Practiced by the Chinese for thousands of years, chi-gung works with the energy found in all living things to help rid the body of the imbalances that sap our strength and give rise to disease. The simple, meditative movements, breathing exercises, and massage techniques that are the basis of chi-gung can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or physical fitness.
Originally published under the title Harnessing the Power of the Universe, this book provides a detailed overview of chi-gung, describing the techniques of movement, breathing, and massage that are intrinsic to this ancient Taoist system of health.

Top Printer
Model: SG1000
This printer is strictly a Sublimation printer. It is not for regular printing. Once it is set up, it works really great and provides good quality prints. The drawbacks are.... the ink cartridges are pretty expensive. And it is somewhat of a challenge getting it set up and ready to use. It will not work unless it is connecting directly through a 2.4ghz signal. If you can work through those challenges, it is a great printer.

Stay away
Model: SG1000
This company sucks, product sucks, customer service sucks i can’t say anything good about this brand at all. I went through 5 of these expensive paper weights in the last 3 years.

Biggest disappointment
Model: SG1000
If I could give negative stars I would. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Printer just stopped working. Images always came out grainy. Now my $1500 printer is just a boat anchor. No recommendations of a printer shop to look at it. Just a big disappointment. Negative 5 stars for me.

Buy direct from Sawgrass, not Amazon
Model: 500N BNDL
I'm giving the review based on the printer, Best printer Ive ever had, easy to setup and use.
Ink for printer is expensive but worth it. Buy direct or another company besides Amazon when purchasing though, Amazon customer services wont help you with any issues.

Came with low ink!
Model: 500N BNDL
Will edit! - currently just opened the machine to get it set up and the machine says ink is low, all ink is low. When I used the Amazon trouble shoot chat all it did was say sorry and gave me a link to return. I just want this machine to work with there to be ink! It’s not like this was cheap, the ink that comes with should work and not be empty.
