Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Q: Is this probe brand new and original?
A: Yes, we supply brand new original Bently Nevada 330101-00-49-10-12-05 with factory standards.
• Q: Where does the linear range begin?
A: The linear range starts at 0.25 mm (10 mils) from the target and extends to 2.3 mm (90 mils), with an output of –1 Vdc to –17 Vdc.
• Q: Can I use this probe in high-temperature applications?
A: The standard probe tip withstands +177°C. For higher temperatures, select the extended temperature range version with tip up to +218°C and cable up to +260°C.
• Q: What is the stock and shipping status?
A: We have units in stock. We ship within 5 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for fast delivery.
• Q: Does the probe undergo pressure testing before shipment?
A: Probes do not receive pressure testing before shipment, but they include a Viton® O-ring seal. Contact our custom design department if you require pressure seal testing.
• Q: What is the maximum field wiring length?
A: You can run field wiring up to 305 meters (1000 feet) between the 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor and the monitor using shielded triad cable.
• Q: Can I return this product?
A: Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in original, unused condition with original packaging.
• Q: What problem does the FluidLoc cable option solve?
A: FluidLoc prevents oil or other liquids from leaking out of the machine through the cable interior, ideal for turbines and compressors in oily environments.
