The professional yoga monkey swing offers a gentle way to explore aerial yoga and anti-gravity movement. It is suitable for beginners and experienced aerial practitioners who enjoy a strong deeper body opening. The wide design creates a soft space that holds the body in comfort during practice.
The swing is made from high-intensity parachute fabric that feels light, smooth and breathable. The material brings a balance of strength and softness and helps support longer sessions. A triple height adjustment system allows simple changes to the setup so different exercises feel steady and controlled. The swing also works as a resting hammock or swing chair when detached from the main setup.
Extension belts made from quality polyester give extra reach when needed. The net weight of the six-handle hammock is about 1200 grams, with another 400 grams for the belts and screw rings. With a size of 250 x 150CM and a load capacity of 300KG the swing supports a wide range of body types.
This swing can be used indoors in a studio space or outdoors when fixed to a secure anchor.
