- Approx. 6" tall
- The Buddha is seated in the "Calling Earth to Witness the Defeat of Evil" Posture. With fingers slightly touching the ground, this position represents the Subduing of Mara the Evil One. The demon Mara in Buddhism is sometimes called Kama-Mara which means desire and death and has parallels with Greek mythology as well as psychology in Eros-Thanatos.
- Mara assaulted and bombarded The Buddha with demons, monsters, violent storms and finally the three seductive daughters. In some accounts of The Buddha's Enlightenment, it is said that the demon Māra didn't send his three daughters to tempt but instead they came willingly after Māra's set back in his endeavor to eliminate the Buddha's quest for enlightenment. Mara's three daughters are identified as Taṇhā (Craving), Arati (Aversion/Discontentment), and Raga (Attachment/Desire/Greed/Passion).
- Remaining steadfast in His Meditation, The Buddha touched the earth and called the Earth Goddess, Mae Thorani to Witness to the Strength of His Meditation and Achievement of Enlightenment.
- Rising from the ground, the Earth Goddess Mae Thorani wrings powerful streams of water from her long black hair. By this action, She raises a torrential flood that drowns Mara and his army of demons.

So Much Fun! High Quality & Perfect Alexa Smart Integration.

I use these Govee RGBIC Light Bars every single day in my room, and they have completely upgraded the vibe of my workspace. If you want to add some serious personality to your setup, these are an absolute must.
The fit is perfect right behind my monitor, completely transforming the overall appearance of my desk area. I have them seamlessly connected to Alexa, so all I have to do is say, "Alexa, turn on my Govee lights," and they click right on. While you can use a remote control or the app, the voice activation makes them incredibly convenient.
It is just a lot of fun to play with the different settings. You can change the colors instantly to give the room whatever mood or feel you are in the mood for. The build quality feels solid, and after months of daily, continuous use, the durability is excellent with no flickering or dimming. It has truly added a new level of enjoyment and style to my office space.

Cool light bars

Lights work great. Easy to install and connect to the app. Endless color options and they fit perfect on my desk. I stuck two of the behind my monitor and two on the side to make nice ambient light. I like that you dont need the app to turn on the lights.
