The charcoal pan can be used straight in the parrilla fire box or paired with the fire bricks for the ultimate heat retention. It can also be used straight under the Built-In/Portable Parrilla to help contain the fire.

Added this to my evening Magnesium Glycinate about 2 or 3 weeks ago. My difficulty getting a full nights sleep gradually started to improve.
