Open the package, take out the lens and place it in a clean contact lens case, soak in fresh contact lens solution for at least 4 hours (it is recommended to soak for more than 8 hours for the first wear); 3. When wearing, place the lens on the pad of the index finger, confirm the front and back (the edge with a smooth bowl shape is the front, and the everted dish shape is the back), pull down the lower eyelid with the middle finger, pull up the upper eyelid with the thumb, gently attach the lens to the eyeball, release the eyelids and blink several times to ensure the lens fits without deviation; 4. When removing, after washing hands thoroughly, gently pinch the edge of the lens with the thumb and index finger and take it out slowly; 5. Immediately put the lens into the case after removal, rinse and soak with fresh contact lens solution, replace the solution daily, and clean the case regularly; 6. It is recommended to wear a single lens for no more than 8 hours/day, and replace it immediately after the 30-day monthly disposable cycle, do not use beyond the expiration date; 7.
