Sabelt Renault Sport RS Performance Steering Wheel

This genuine Sabelt Renault Sport steering wheel is used on all factory Renault Sport race cars.

Originating from the racing world, this steering wheel features a premium finish with its RS Performance design and a full alcantara wrapping which gives an improved grip for better car handling on the track and a very comfortable feeling to the touch.

This 3 spokes flat dish steering wheel with a large grip measures 330 mm in diameter.

PLEASE NOTE: This steering wheel is exclusively reserved for closed-track use, and therefore is not allowed for open-road use. Its installation modifies the technical characteristics of the vehicle, and therefore this steering wheel is not homologated for open road use. Installation of this steering wheel will void the manufacturer guarantee of the vehicle and is subject to void insurance coverage contracted for the use of the vehicle. Installation of this steering wheel must be carried out by a professional.

Great jacket

5’ 10”, 160 lb, 46” chest, 38” waist. I bought a size L jacket in antique indigo. I thought it might be too tight, but it fit perfectly, with enough room to wear a layer underneath. The sleeves were a good length, with maybe ½” extra for shrinkage in the wash. It was difficult at first to button the jacket. I cleaned up the button holes carefully with a small pair of scissors and now it’s much easier. I had tried the Levi’s Men’s Trucker Jacket, also in a L. It felt a bit snug in the chest and tight under the shoulder. Not much room for layering. I decided to keep the Wrangler jacket. The fit is looser. I like the the square chest pockets (which will actually hold something) and straight vertical seams over the Levi’s small, tapered pockets and diagonal seams.

This is a "waist jacket", and I am old enough to call it an "Ike" or "Eisenhower jacket" * The fit is flattering; but there is space available for a medium sweater. * I typically wear a size 16 1/2 neck and a 34" sleeve--I have some welcome space at the neck and the sleeve extends about 1-1 1/2" below my wrists--I like this a lot * I wanted the lighter color, BUT I saved about $15 with the darker. * Reading reviews here, I DID wash it the first time with 1/4 cup salt and 1/2 cup vinegar--I believe the suggestion was made for purposes of "fixing" the color. [Warm wash and cold rinse.] * Post-wash girth and length remained the same. * NO SMELL, PRE-WASH or POST-WASH. * "Fit and finish" was very good; no defects of any kind seen; fabric quality is sturdy. * I find it a handsome and useful weight/size. I live in the Central Cal. desert, so we do not see much cold, even in Winter. I expect many years of use for this garment. At current 30% off, this is a COMPELLING bargain. [Sorry, I do not take photos.]
