This MTL / RDL pod kit performs best with a balanced 50% VG / 50% PG blend. Both nicotine salts and lower-strength freebase nicotine (up to 20 mg/mL, the Canadian legal maximum) work well — salts for a stronger throat hit in tight airflow, freebase for an open, airy draw. Avoid max-VG (80/20+) juices, which can wick too slowly.
