The Tattoo Series releases lean especially raw and expressive, highlighting the individuality of each cask rather than polishing the spirit into a uniform house style.
Tattoo Series #3 delivers an intensely aromatic profile with notes of prune, dried black cherry, orange peel, leather, tobacco leaf, roasted nuts, dark caramel, and baking spice. Beneath the richer tones, there’s often a lifted herbal and earthy edge that keeps the spirit vibrant and unmistakably Gascon.
On the palate, it’s powerful and textured with concentrated layers of fig paste, cocoa, black tea, charred oak, espresso, and candied citrus.
