HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose Your Preferred Size: Select your preferred size from the drop-down menu.

2. Select Personalised Side Options: Choose whether to personalise one side, both sides, or opt for no personalisation from the drop-down menu.

3. Specify Colour and Text: Enter your preferred colour for the centre name and the text in the exact order you want, based on the artwork templates. Add any additional instructions in ( ) brackets.

Note: The default colour is red unless otherwise specified.

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

* Express shipping specifically affects the speed of your order's delivery after we've processed it, relying on the efficiency of the postal service. It does not expedite the internal processing time needed to create your item, which is addressed by our Rush Order service option.
