The extrusion motor achieves an ultra-high gear ratio of 21.6:1 through the large φ19 mm extrusion gear. This reduces the weight and volume of the nozzle module and improves motion control accuracy, making it ideal for high-speed printing.
All-metal hotend supports 300℃ printing
The hotend is made of stainless steel to avoid aging issues associated with PTFE. It allows printing at 300℃, suitable for materials like PA and PA-CF.
Precise dimensional control for consistent extrusion
The hotend maintains a tight tolerance of 2μm, and this exceptional level of accuracy guarantees consistent extrusion. The entire extrusion experience is further enhanced by the surface smoothness with an Ra value of 0.8.
