If you're like me, you have never heard of elemi. Unless you work in the world of perfumery, I'm sure the two of you haven't met. 

A relative of frankincense and myrrh, elemi (Canarium luzonicum) is an oleoresin collected from the Canarium tree of Africa and the Philippines.

This fragrant resin has quietly occupied a niche in the perfume industry for centuries. Its aroma is a REAL showstopper - so intriguing that it's virtually impossible to walk by because it just stops you in your tracks.

Elemi's aroma is like an intoxicating blend of fresh lemon, pine, black pepper and spice. When I was melting the resin into the oil, I could not stop going in to smell it!

But where elemi really shines is in what it does for your skin!

Traditionally, natives to its region refer to elemi as "Resin of Light." They often incorporate it into local folk medicine for skin problems for its regenerative, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial powers.

💧Marula oil | Rich in amino acids L-arginine and glutamic acid, EFAs palmitic, stearic, oleic, and myristic acids, vitamins C and E, phytosterols and antioxidants; great wrinkle-reducer for mature skin; also great for the hair [Sclerocarya birrea (A.Rich.) Hochst.]

How to Apply

Can be used both morning and night in your daily routine. The oil is very concentrated; 3 to 4 drops is plenty for your entire face and neck. Your skin will drink it in readily!

1. Dispense into the palm of your hand
2. Gently dab the oil onto your nose, cheeks, chin, forehead, and neck 
3. Blend with gentle strokes

Storage Info

Many of the oils in this blend are raw and will oxidize over time, but it will stay fresh for at least 6 to 9 months at room temperature. Refrigeration will further extend freshness. Avoid exposing to temperature extremes.
