Ingredients: Australian Vegetables (42%) [Sweet Potato (21%), Carrot (10%), Onion (10%)], Australian Salmon (27%) (Fish), Lentils (13%), Oats, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Flaxseed, Spices [Ginger Powder (0.5%), Garlic Powder].

Cooking Instructions:

Remove from pouch & cook from frozen.

Oven: Preheat to 180°C & cook on a tray for 10 minutes.

Airfyer: Cook on a tray for 8 minutes.

Microwave: Defrost & then reheat according to your microwave instructions.

For all methods, after cooking, allow to stand for 2 minutes & always check the temperature before serving.
